Unfortunately we are not immune to the current impact of Covid 19. Therefore all of our face to face activities have been placed on hold until we are safe to relaunch. We had some great fun in our first week of classes. This fills us with confidence that when we are ready to go again our timetable will help many people to live healthier and happier lives.
